I was asked to try and restore this photo of this handsome soldier who was 18 at the time. This was her grandad and it was found in her nan’s house when clearing it. The picture itself is on an old oil cloth and was pretty damaged but she wanted to see if I could help restore it so she was able to give it to her mum.

I managed to get the picture looking as much like the original as possible and was really pleased with the outcome, and so was she. It is a special honor to be allowed to come into someone’s life and make even the smallest of differences. Thank you Kerry I am pleased you liked the picture x
